Tasting Notes:
Intense garnet colour, full of fruit fragrances quite ripe, cistus and mint, framed with fine special wood. This wine stays ageing in wood during 18 months. Tannin of perfect contact, firm but ripe. It has a Long and creamy end.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal accompanying all fish dishes, seafood and some lighter meat dishes.
