Winemaking:
The aged Tawny Ports are from the best years in which the average age of each is indicated on the bottle. They are the perfect example of the style and solid structure concentrated wines Romariz. The wine of 10 years has a slightly amber colour, a palate velvety aroma of ripe fruit and wood.

Grape Varieties:
Old Vines

Tasting Notes:
Attractive tawny colour with amber halo. Complex nose, full of ripe aromas of spices and hints of nuts, caramel sweet and delicate oak on a background of greedy type fruit compote. Wonderfully soft and round, with a mouth full of flavours ripe figs.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16º and 18º C. Store the bottle upright, in a cool, dry and dark place.

Food Pairing:
The Romariz 10 Years is a delicious dessert wine, and harmonizes particularly well with flavours of almonds, berries or dark chocolate. You can also follow intense cheeses, blue-veined. It is excellent at the end of the meal as a culmination of a pleasant evening, only served with toasted almonds or walnuts. Benefits if served slightly cool, especially on hot days.

15,5 points - Romariz 10 years old Tawny Port

(Bottled in 2007) Something cloudy, with aromatic notes of toast, light rubber, caramel and walnut. On the palate it is creamy with some unctuousness, cleaner than in the nose, end especiado. Honest but unambitious.
