The grapes come from a the oldest parcels of our vineyards, older than 100 years. The harvest is made in the perfect phenolic maturation of each parcel separately. The fermentation is made in the historic granitic mills (lagares) with the traditional feet tread process, with controlled temperature. Macerations during 15 days with skin contact. The aging process is during 24 months in new French oak barrel.

Red intense violet colour. Aroma alive with focus on mature fruit, which brings light notes of jam and a floral touch. The aging on French oak barrels, gave at the wine the notes of spices and smoked, which seamlessly integrate with notes of ripe black fruit. On the palate has an intense flavour where elegant tannins are very persistent. The particular acidity of this wine, with its volume gives it an elegance that endures and well characterized. Wine with great aging potential.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
