Malvasia Fina, Códega, Rabigato, Gouveio
It has a yellow-amber hue with fine golden shades. Its intense and complex bouquet, where tropical fruits predominate, is harmoniously integrated with balmy notes and spices arising from the long ageing in wood. In the mouth, the Ferreira brand´s classical and fresh style is well in evidence, and it has an extremely rich and long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept upright, avoiding direct light and excessive humidity and ideally under constant temperature of 16ºC-18ºC. Serve between 10ºC-12ºC. When opened it does not require decanting and maintains fresh tasting notes for about 8 weeks.
It's delicious as an aperitif, served slightly chilled, but also excellent with various starters, such as foie-gras and strong cheese, or even rich desserts such as crème brûlée.
