Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature followed by long maceration. Ageing 4 months in French and American oak.

Castelão,Syrah,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. Intense aroma of red fruit well combined with a slight hint of new wood, later evolving into dried fruit, chocolate, spices and coffee. Soft in the mouth with very good tannins and structure. It ends pleasant and long.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine is a fine accompaniment to grilled or roasted meat dishes, pâtés and aged cheeses.
