Fruity aroma but very complex and citric mineral. Very fresh in the mouth, with good acidity, volume moderate.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled between 8 and 12º.

Good with fatty fish like tuna or salmon with green asparagus crunchy, slightly smoked mackerel.
