Winemaking:
Manual harvesting. Reception with destemming and crushing. Fermentation with controlled temperature around 16ºC, using very soft processes of crushing and pressing under inert atmosphere. Staging for 4 months in stainless steel.

Viosinho,Malvasia Fina,Fernão Pires
Tasting Notes:
Aroma very fresh, very typical citrus and floral notes of white wines from the Douro altitude. Fresh citrus notes in the mouth and average end with the fruit very alive.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature of 8-9°C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, as well as accompany fish dishes and seafood.
