Manual harvest. Gentle crushing of the berries followed by skin maceration for 8 hours. Soft pressing. Static settling, fermentation at a controlled temperature in French oak barrels. Ageing on fine lees with bâtonnage until late June. Light filtration. Not cold stabilised.

Tasting Notes:
Brilliant, citrus with slight straw reflexes. Inviting, with excellent intensity and complexity, hinting at ripe and well blended tropical and white fruits, with gentle vanilla notes. Light mineral notes lend the whole a delicate character. Unctuous attack, with fine, balanced acidity which confers an excellent freshness on the wine. Good structure and ripe fruit mouth feel, with a persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
