Manual harvest into boxes of 20 kg. Partial destemming. Grapes are crushed with feet in open top tanks for two days in cold soaking. Finish fermentation in stainless steal tanks with temperature control. Pressed in vertical hydraulic press. Aging 14 months in 300L French and Portuguese oak barrel, 50% new.

Tasting Notes:
Dense red colour. Aroma ripe red fruit, mint, floral notes. Good complexity on the palate, marked by its tannins of great quality, good body and large persistence.

Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
