The non-vintage Sercial 10-Year-Old has an intense bouquet of dried honey, almond, hazelnut and raisin, all with fine delineation. The palate is crisp with piercing acidity that is not quite in synch with the fruit, the finish a little volatile and hot. But to its credit, it exhibits commendable length.
