Winemaking:
After 2 days of cold skin contact, fermentation took place over 8 days at 24ºC with pumping over. Ageing for 12 months in new French and American oak barrels.

Cabernet Sauvignon,Touriga Nacional,Syrah

Tasting Notes:
Dark Ruby colour. Very ripe black fruits, roasted coffee and mocha aromas with great complexity. The first feeling is ripe black fruit and chocolate, evolving to the complexity given by wood aging. The tannins are soft but present giving a velvety body to the wine. Long and persistent aftertaste.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16 to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Goes well with game dishes or red meats well spiced.
