Winemaking:
Crush grapes with stalks and disinfection with a minimum dose of sulfur, proceeded to the inoculation of selected yeasts. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel vats at a temperature between 28 and 30 ° C, being made regularly pumping over with aeration. After malolactic fermentation, the wine matured in full, in wooden barrels for one year. The bottling is made ??about half a year after the harvest and wine stabilization has only a slight bonding followed by filtration.
