Viosinho, Chardonnay, Viognier
Very delicate aroma, with slight floral notes, a vegetable touch and enough minerality. Well integrated wood throughout and unctuous in mouth, the wine is full, balanced with excellent acidity. The cask toasting reappears in the mouth making the whole complex. Long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C.
Accompanies soft cheeses, baked cod in the oven and other fatty fish fillets.
