It is made using the strictest winemaking techniques, such as protecting the must and the wine from oxidation throughout the whole process, using very gentle pneumatic presses to separate the must from the skins, static decantation and fermentation under controlled temperatures. Following fermentation, it matured for about 6 months in tanks on its fine lees. The wine was bottled after being stabilized and filtered.

This wine has a lemon-yellow hue with greenish hints. Its bouquet is fresh, with components of white fruits (loquat and peach) and citrus, that marry beautifully together to show the typical characteristics of this variety. Its palate is fresh and lively, with excellent acidity, entwined in the wine's body. It has mineral and citrus flavours which have great elegance and lingering finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
This wine should be served at between 9ºC-11ºC.
Food Pairing:
It is an excellent wine with fish, salads, white meats and cheeses or as an aperitif.
