Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
At the table, it proves to be an excellent supplement to well-seasoned roasted red meat, lamb or kid goat dishes, game dishes or even convent-made desserts and strong tasted hard cheeses, Azorean cheese or spicy Castelo Branco cheese.
