Winemaking:
The traditional winemaking process of fermentation allows us to obtain excellent Vintage ports. The harvest itself was a magnificent one with which to start. Good sugars of maturation and deep colours in the grapes were the raw material that Port winemakers see only a few times per decade.

Tasting Notes:
Deep purple in colour, a concentrated aroma with notes of plant black plum fruit, such as cistus, heather and rosemary in a background of fruits Red wild. In the mouth it shows a blend of power and elegance with tight and very firm tannins, solid set that finishes long and promising, giving it a great aging potential.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, constant temperature. Best served at 15 - 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be appreciated as an aperitif or on any other occasion. Ideal accompaniment to nuts, cheeses or deserts.
