Fermentation with gentle maceration. After malolactic fermentation, this wine was aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels - Allier.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. Red fruit, earl grey note, smooth toast. The freshness of the palate is complemented by the smooth and elegant tannins, which are typical of the best Dão wines.

Serve between 16º and 18ºC.
