It has a bright amber colour and a deep, complex aroma reminiscent of exotic resins, citrus fruits, honey and almonds. Full bodied, semi dry, austere and elegant, with a lingering after taste of oranges and spice.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled between 12 and 13ºC , in an appropriate glass.

May be enjoyed on its own or with entrées and hors d’oeuvres, such as smoked salmon, Iberian smoked ham or foie gras.
