Winemaking:
Control of ripening on the vine; crushing with partial stalk; fermentation vats with controlled temperature (about 26 º C).
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz,Tinta Barroca,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Blueberry and plum fruit with high toned violet and earthy minerality. The palate is round with soft dark fruit and spices supported with fresh acidity and ripe tannins that carry a clean balanced finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Fantastic with Iberian smoked ham, roasts, game, smoked meats and other typically Mediterranean and intense dark meat dishes. Excellent with cured goat cheeses.
