Winemaking:
Mechanical harvested during the night. Total destemming. Fermentation with controlled temperature (25ºC-28ºC) stainless steel vats. Maceration before fermentation during 48 h and after fermentation during 1 week. Ageing of 40 % in French oak barrels during 6 months.

Tasting Notes:
This wine suggests a complex aroma of red fruits and spices integrated with vanilla and a toasted taste as a result of resting in a barrel during 6 months. On the palate it presents a well balanced and rounded flavour with a rich taste of fruit and spices, with a good bark structure that will give it longevity and persistence at the end of tasting.
Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with Red Meat, Soft Cheeses, Cod Fish.
