Winemaking:
Traditional method of wine making "Moscatel do Douro" produced in this region. The fermentation occurs with temperature control, being stopped by adding brandy (firewater). All the process of vinification is controlled by the team of oenology considering the grape variety, its level of maturation and the sweetness wanted.

Tasting Notes:
Spicy, nutty and excellent with burnt sugar and bitter orange notes under an almond, apricot, fig and tangerine nose.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve it at a temperature of 16ºC.

Good as an aperitif or with a dessert.
