Winemaking:
Very careful manual harvest and a tight selection in the cellar. Vinified in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of around 28 º C for 10 days.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby ??and violet nuances. Intense ripe red fruit (raspberry and plum) and black (blackberry). Notes with hints of toasted spices, very well rounded in all its organic components, with emphasis on the soft tannins, alcohol content and acidity of excellence. In the mouth has an elegance and charm very beautiful, with a remarkable persistence. Has a long and very pleasant aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
