Temperature controlled fermentation at 24/28°C. When is reached the desired sweetness, the fermentation is interrupted with the addition of brandy (77%). Aging in oak barrels for a minimum period of seven years in the warehouses in Vila Nova de Gaia. Colheitas are vintage ports, which mature in contrast to vintage ports in the barrel and may be bottled only after the seventh year.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve cool at 9-14°C. Decantation is not necessary because this filtered port has no sediment. It is ready to drink as soon as it is bottled. It can be enjoyed for about 3 months, keeping the bottle in a cool place.
