Winemaking:
The grape varieties are fermented separately using the traditional method, with a short maceration period, and fermentation at a controlled temperature to ensure the retention of fruity aromas, aiming at a modern style, which is very fruity and particularly pleasant when consumed young. Not aged in wooden casks.

Serving Temperature at 14-16°C.

Light meat dishes, and cod fish, benefitting from being served cooler than a regular red wine.
