Winemaking:
A soft crushing and pressing make it possible to extract and select a must that is clarified until the required level of limpidity is obtained. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation at a 14ºC-16ºC. Following fermentation, a maturation of about 2 months enables this wine to reach the required quality for bottling. Before bottling, the wine was fined, cold stabilized, sterilized and filtered. It should be drunk young, preferably in the year following the harvest.

Tasting Notes:
It has a citrus-yellow colour and an intense fruity bouquet with a prevalence of tropical aromas of banana, peach and passion fruit. On the palate it has an excellent freshness and a fruity, elegant and lingering aroma.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept in a dry and cool place, sheltered from light. Serve between 8°C-10°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with light meals such as fish dishes, sea-food and salads. However, its potential is also shown when enjoyed on its own or as an aperitif.
