Winemaking:
A field blend of 15-16 varieties, including Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez, planted at 600 m and all harvested together. Fermented in concrete and aged in one new barrel.

Tasting Notes:
Aromas of dark-red fruit with a light note of spice. Firm, dry and slightly and satisfyingly chewy in texture with a stony quality to the fine, dry tannins. Very dark fruit and appetisingly dry overall. Long live old vines and field blends.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Excellent with all kinds of meat dishes, especially for accompany grilled meats.
