Aragonêz, Alicante Bouschet, Alfrocheiro
It has a ruby hue with violet hints and is characterised by an intense aroma of red and black forest fruits, harmoniously combined with floral notes of wild shrubs. Its palate is rounded and shows great richness and volume, a well-balanced acidity and elegant tannins. It has a long and complex finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept horizontally in a dry and cool place, sheltered from light. It should be served at a temperature between 16ºC-18ºC. This wine should be drunk immediately after opening.
Ideal with meat and soft cheeses. It may, however, also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif at the start of a meal.
