This wine was produced in Quinta do Conde, owned by Stanley Ho Foundation. This property is located in Sterling and currently has a total area of 5.5 hectares of vines. The climate is very specific due to the influence of the Atlantic Ocean in the west and the Sierra de Sintra, the South, conditions that allow complete maturation, slow and progressive, ideal for the ultimate expression of the grape varieties that make up this sparkling. Aged for 14 months.
Pinot Noir, Chardonnay
Prepared based on grape variety that give rise to Champagne, resulted in a sparkling modern with good "Mousse" and fine bubbles, and a lot of freshness and elegance with long aftertaste. Booking a sparkling top.
