The grapes arrived in the cellar in boxes of 20kg and were refrigerated at night. After a selection process, the grapes were crushed and then its made a pre-fermentation maceration in the cold. The wort is then transferred to a robotic process of fermentation. During the process is transferred to 500 liter hulls where the fermentation will end. Staging 12 months in new barrels of 500 liters of French oak.

Cocoa, macerated black fruit, earth, pepper. Dense and concentrated, with high acidity to give freshness, firm tannins, ends well spiced, rich and austere.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at room temperature (16-18ºC). Decant before serving.
Good by itself, with shellfish, mushrooms and filet mignon.
