Sparkling red wine of intense red color, with notes of ripe red fruits and a touch of spices. In the mouth it proves to be pleasant, with a good structure, which, supported by a moderate acidity and pleasant at the end of the mouth.

Best served at a temperature around 8ºC-10ºC.
It goes well with all kinds of cheese, red meats, some more elaborated fish dishes and traditional dishes of the region.
