Winemaking:
After being destemmed, the grapes go to the pneumatic press, where they are gently pressed. The fermentation takes place during about 15 days with a controlled temperature of 14º C. After the alcoholic fermentation, the lots are stacked in stainless steel vats, later stabilized and filtered and bottled.

Young citrus colour. Aromatically intense with tropical fruits, typical of the Moscatel variety. In the mouth it is fresh and vigorous, with a long and persistent finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.

Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
