Classical vinification with skin maceration. Fermentation with controlled temperature up to 28ºC for 8 days. Stage for 6 months in medium toast French and American oak.

Ruby color with purple reflections and a fresh aroma with salient notes of wild berries such as raspberry and blueberry. It reveals a balanced and soft flavor with the expression of menthol notes and woods. It has a long and harmonious finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
To be dished up with duck and red meats.
