Winemaking:
The grapes were handpicked at the ideal maturation timing in order to generate higher aromatic and poliphenolical concentrations. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation was performed in stainless steel vats with temperature control at 26°. The wine aged for 12 months in new and second year French oak barrels, followed by aging in bottle.
