The grapes were manually harvested for small boxes of 20 kg. The composition of the lot varies with the yields of each variety in the vineyard. The grapes were cooled to the entrance of the cellar and immediately pressed. The resulting must decanted in stainless steel tanks at low temperature and then fermented in stainless steel tanks with the indigenous yeasts. This wine was made only in stainless steel, to preserve all the natural aromas and flavors of the grapes that give it origin.
