Made from the Syrah grape variety with the selection of the best grapes from the plot and with manual harvesting. Manual sorting of grapes at the entrance of the cellar on the carpet of choice. Fermentation (temperature controlled between 13 and 16 ºC) and stage for 5 months in a 500 L barrel used of French oak (previously used for Madrigal). Bâtonnage very soft and spaced.

Very pale colour. Delicate blush, delicate aroma, with light floral hints and spices. Very expressive in the mouth, alive and fresh with generous acidity fruity in the end of mouth.
