Thank you Portugal Vineyards. The wine arrived promptly; good tracking info. - I was taken by the label on the Porta 6 red. A good illustration of Lisbon as the tourist regards it. And the wine tastes good! I hope that the white also pleases.

Maximize

Brilliant ruby colour. Menthol nose, fresh and intense, with orange hints, green notes and bush. It has a blistering youth, presenting dryness and airy tannins, toast, vegetable notes and high acidity.

Winemaking:
Small parcels individualized in biological mode, and limited production (600 bottles), has manual harvesting, with choice. Destemming without crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with reproduction of foot steps. Strict control of fermentation temperature. Long skin maceration but gentle extraction, and later stage in 18 months in French oak barrels, of which 30% new.
