Winemaking:
The grapes were trodden by foot and fermented in traditional granite ‘lagares’, where an intense maceration in order to obtain the best possible extraction is fundamental for a good final result. This wine aged 20 months in wooden barrels in the cellars of the Quinta before bottling. It should age in bottle for 8 to 15 years before attaining the complexity and bouquet characteristic of a Vintage.

Tasting Notes:
Clear, bright colour, deep intensity, with a tonality, purple. Clean nose without faults. Elegant, pleasant, with an intense aromatic intensity, fragrant, roses, floral, violet, black fruit, blackberries and black cherries, balsamic and spices. In the mouth medium acidity, fine tannins, soft, elegant with pronounced intensity, intense fruity. Dry finish very nice, long and of great persistence.

Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.
