really enjoyed the wines from Portugal vineyards . originally looking for a good supplier of white port and they are certainly that . they have got the transport costs of shipping from Portugal down to a sensible level - well done . my one hope is that as they such a large range of value wines they might do what the wine society do and that is offer cases of 12 mixed so we can try more of their hugwe range .

Winemaking:
Soft pressing and decanting for 12 to 36 hours under controlled temperatures 12ºC - 16ºC. Fermentation till 15 days under controlled temperatures 16ºC – 18ºC. To this fine and aromatic wine it is added yeast and liqueur de tirage, fermenting on the bottle for 12 months under controlled temperatures 10ºC – 12ºC. Maturation in stainless steel vats under controlled temperatures and regular movement of the lees during 3 to 6 months. Ferments in the bottle for 12 months before the dégorgement.

Limpid and citrine colour, the mousse is delicate and fine and a persistent crown. The nose is bright and appealing with fine tropical fruits aromas and light floral notes.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.

Food Pairing:
Perfect with salads, fish and also in the beginning of a meal.
