Winemaking:
It is produced in the same way that port wine conventional white grapes but using instead of grapes. Wine with a remarkable freshness, the test has a great softness and a balance between sugar and acid that make it so interesting.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16º and 18º C. Store the bottle upright, in a cool, dry and dark place.
Food Pairing:
The Romariz Fine White is traditionally served chilled as an aperitif. Also you can drink in a highball glass with ice, tonic water and a mint leaf. Accompanied by salted almonds or olives, is the perfect appetizer.
