Fermentation in stainless steel vats after crushing and destalking. Alcoholic fermentation with maceration at 24 -26ºC
This is the sweetest category of white Ports. Due to quantity of residual sugar, this wine tends to gain golden and oxidized colours, but it shall keep the fruitness and freshness to balance the alcohol and the sugar. With a golden tone this wine shows aromas of orange peel, honey and dry fruits. In the mouth is deliciously sweet and elegant. It's fresh and has great complexity of structure and fragances.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 16º and 18º C. Store the bottle upright, in a cool, dry and dark place.
Serve as an aperitif or as a after dinner Port.
