Winemaking:
All the white grapes are fermented with a long skin maceration, with foot treading in lagares, to give structure to the wine. Following fortification with grape brandy, the wine ages for many years in casks and in old oak vats.

Tasting Notes:
A very elegant White Port wine with a high aromatic complexity elaborated with different lots of old White Port of great quality, aged in casks for more than 10 years.
Store and Serve Advices:
To serve chilled (10ºC) as an aperitif, and at 14-18ºC as a after dinner Port.
Food Pairing:
To be served chilled as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to desserts.
