Tasting Notes:
Excellent loaded colour. Very fragrant, a voluptuous and concentrated nose of blackberry, together with seductive floral notes. In the mouth, opulent and subtle flavours of fruit and solid tannins with a lot of character. It ends with a superb and persistent body.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle in a horizontal position, in a dark place with a constant temperature, ideally between 12 and 16ºC. Stand the bottle upright 20 to 30 minutes before decanting. Remove the cork with a continuous movement and let the bottle rest for a few moments. Clean the neck and transfer the wine to a clean decanter, stopping only when you start to notice the first signs of sediment.
Food Pairing:
One of the great advantages of Vintages is that they are excellent both when young and after several decades of aging in the bottle. One of the best accompaniments for Vintage is cheese (creamy, blue or cured) but it can accompany various types of desserts or be enjoyed on its own.
