The grapes were taken to the cellar where they were stalked and crushed, and were then sent to granite mills where they were trodden. The ready-made wine was kept in old Portuguese oak barrels for about a year until bottling, which took place at the end of June 2015.

In the nose it presents a vigorous fruity character. Apricot notes emerge as the wine opens into the glass, followed by warmer notes of dark chocolate. The palate is practically crushed by rich flavors of black berries and by the dense and compact tannins that provide an impressive volume and abundance.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, constant temperature. Best served at 15 - 18ºC.
Goes well with goat and sheep blue chesses, red meats.
