The Alvarinho grapes are produced with the concept of organic viticulture and harvest by hand from the Quinta de Soalheiro vines. The microclimate that influences the production of Alvarinho grapes is very particular. Melgaço region, the northern point of Portugal, is protected by a range of mountains that create the perfect conditions of rainfall, temperature and number of hours of sunshine needed to the better ripeness of the Alvarinho grapes.

Tasting Notes:
The colour and aroma are intense and despite the absence of added sulphites the aroma and the taste have minerality and fruit. The flavour is complex with soft and round onset due to the complete malolactic with marked and intense finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best appreciated at the temperatures of 8-10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Great as a aperitif, but also works well with white meats and grilled fish.
