Wine obtained by the process of open spout, soft pressing of whole grapes at low pressure, addition of sulfur dioxide and clarifying enzyme. Static cold decanting for 48 hours; Followed by alcoholic fermentation at 12 ° C for 14 days. Finally, the wine is bottled after stabilization.
Clear citrus colored wine with a fine and persistent needle. Fresh aroma, floral notes, pear and green apple and light tropical notes. In the mouth it is balanced with a soft, refreshing and persistent freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve fresh, at a temperature of 8-10ºC.
Especially recommend to accompany starters, caviar, and fatty fish.
