The Alvarinho grapes are produced with the concept of organic viticulture and harvest by hand from the Quinta de Soalheiro vines. The microclimate that influences the production of Alvarinho grapes is very particular. Melgaço region, the northern point of Portugal, is protected by a range of mountains that create the perfect conditions of rainfall, temperature and number of hours of sunshine needed to the better ripeness of the Alvarinho grapes.

Made with organically grown grapes of Alvarinho, not subject to filtration, the colour of the wine is intense, the aroma full and has a complex flavour with vibrant vegetal at the end, mainly due to early harvest and partial malolactic in barrels of chestnut.

Best appreciated at the temperatures of 8-10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Great as a aperitif, but also works well with white meats and grilled fish.
