Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested manually for boxes of 20kg. Later they are destemmed and lightly pressed. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures between 15º and 18ºC, followed by prolonged stage on the fine lees.

Discreet aroma, very expressive but clean, light white fruit, citrus. The mouth has character, has the same feeling fresh lemonade with a lively acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 8 and 10 º C.

Recommended for fish, seafood and appetizers.
