The grapes are exclusively transported in 20kg boxes and pressed whole to obtain a high quality must. The must is clarified at 12ºC for 48 hours and fermented in oak barrels and aged for 2 months with bâtonnage.

Clear appearance, golden citrus colour, elegant and very rich aroma, with smoky notes and the grape variety. The taste is fruity, fresh and with notes of vanilla, full-bodied and with a lot of persistence, long finish with typical Alvarinho variety.
Store and Serve Advices:
Keep it in horizontal position away from direct light. Serve at 10/12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent combinations with fish and meat dishes in the oven.
