Winemaking: Manual harvest with the grapes transported in 15kg baskets. After the reception in the cellar, the grapes are pressed and stalked. The fermentation is made under controlled temperature at 14ºC and during 18 days. The wine staged in stainless steel vats during 4 months with batonnage.
