Winemaking: This wine is made mostly from Azal and Arinto but it was added a little percentage of Alvarinho in order to give structure to the wine. Manual harvest of the best grapes in the plot to small boxes followed by a total destemming process. Soft pressing of the whole grape and transportation of the must into vats. Long maceration under controlled temperature. Staging 5 months 'sur lies' with regular 'bâtonnage'.
